Wexler Packaging Products is proud to announce the recipient of the first annual Pattie F. Wexler Women’s Packaging Professional Scholarship.
For the 2015-2016 academic year, the Pattie F. Wexler Women’s Packaging Professional Scholarship was awarded to Ms. Charlotte Seeley. Ms. Seeley demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and a strong commitment to pursuing a career in the Packaging Industry. Ms. Seeley will graduate from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging in 2017.
The Pattie F. Wexler Women’s Packaging Professional Scholarship was established in 2014 for the New Jersey Packaging Executive’s Club (NJPEC) Scholarship Programin honor of President and cofounder of Wexler Packaging Products, Pattie Wexler. As a female leader in packaging community for over 35 years, Pattie Wexler understands the importance of investing in the next generation of women who will enter the packaging industry. Creating opportunity for women and training female packaging professionals has been her longtime passion.
“It has been a privilege to establish a scholarship that rewards hard-working women,” notes Wexler. “We are thankful to have the honor of participating in the NJPEC Scholarship Program and look forward to the doors this scholarship will open for Ms. Seeley.”
About the Pattie F. Wexler Women’s Packaging Professional Scholarship
The Pattie F. Wexler Women’s Packaging Professional Scholarship supports a full or part-time, female student pursuing a degree in the fields of Packaging or Design.
