Elevated Labeling: Showcasing Cutting-Edge Poultry Packaging Solutions at IPPE 2024

Wexler Packaging Products is gearing up for IPPE 2024 in Atlanta and it’s going to be quite a show! The expo takes place at the Georgia World Congress Center from January 30 to February 1. You can find Wexler Packaging in Central Hall in booth C-33129. As we continue growing as a company, so are our tradeshow booths! This year you’ll find us in 600 square feet of booth space with even more sustainable packaging innovations to demonstrate for you.

You’ll be able to spot us immediately by our trademark sign hanging over our booth. If you enter from the right, you’ll first notice linerless labeling. We’ll be showcasing the Ravenwood Nobac 5000V, which is labeling shrink-wrapped whole birds with a c-wrap label. We’re also excited to show a fully automated line, running trays of chicken through the Nobac 5000, Ravenwood Packaging’s flagship label applicator, and continue through the Ravenwood VXR – a system that uses vision and x-ray to detect faults in the product and/or label. You’ll not only get the opportunity to watch as it runs live, but you’ll get the chance to speak with one of our many trusted advisors to learn about the groundbreaking potential of these systems.

Towards the left side of our booth, we’ll be running both automation and stand-alone solutions from ATS-Tanner, the leaders in ultrasonic banding. For automation, we’ll have the ATS US-2100 IBL-CB-R, a stainless steel system that receives products from the conveyor and bands them with a 3” or 4” band, typically with pre-printed material. Ideal for the food industry, it’s perfect for humid or damp environments and can band up to 30 cycles per minute. Beside this machine you’ll find a more compact solution, the ATS US-2000 ADU-R. Also with stainless steel construction and with the material dispenser overhead, it’s specifically designed for food environments and can band using 60mm paper or film material.

Along with running equipment live, we’ll have numerous samples of products, materials and more to show. Our team will be ready and waiting to answer any questions you have regarding packaging in the poultry industry and beyond. Our knowledgeable staff can provide insight on what will benefit you the most and guide you towards the best possible solution. We can’t wait to see you all there. If you’ll be attending the show, please let us know, and be sure to come and see us in booth C-33129!
