Other Solutions

Wexler Packaging Products always has you covered, and our trusted advisors will work with you to guide you in the right direction. Outside of banding and linerless labeling, we offer these alternative solutions so that we can provide you with the best system possible for your application. Strapping
Strapping uses a thin, more rigid plastic strap to bundle and unitize your product(s). For more durable products, strapping gives you the utmost strength and security which can also be adjusted according to your needs.

Shrink Wrap
Shrink films are wrapped around your product which is then sent through a heat tunnel to secure your products together, achieving transparency and labor reduction. Materials have high gloss for clarity and have strong durable seals with the ability to conform to many different shapes.

Tying
Tying material is used in a stand-alone machine that provides an alternative to manual tying. Tying materials can be in the form of poly tape, twine, a USPS-approved material, and elastomers.

Stretch Film
Stretch film is a thin plastic stretch material that can be automatically wrapped around your products to bundle and then heat sealed, using no glues or adhesives. Applied with adjustable tension controls and number of wraps, stretch film can hold together even the heaviest of products.

palamides
palamides material is alternative banding material that is available in white paper, plain brown paper, or stripes, which can help identify certain bundles or particular jobs. Wexler is the official East and West coast distributor of “certified” palamides banding material for palamides equipment lines.
