President
Pattie Wexler watched her father, Max Wexler, launch Wexler Packaging Products in 1974. She joined her father’s company in 1978, back when it was a much different operation, and only selling tape, tape machines, and self-seal paper bands. A few years in, the competition was getting strong from master distributors and Pattie had to put on her trailblazing hat and pioneered her way through the industry to create a niche, and to prove herself as a woman in packaging, successfully navigating triumph as a woman in a male-dominated industry
The company has always focused on niche products and equipment and in 1997, Pattie officially became President and incorporated Wexler Packaging Products, becoming certified as a women-owned company soon after.
Since then, she has worked tirelessly to build the brand while navigating the industry and has turned Wexler Packaging Products into the successful family-owned business it is today. Her commitment to sustainability and being a trusted advisor, sharing the advantages of banding with others is engrained in her. Pattie’s enthusiasm and drive has shaped this company into a successful business that now employs almost 20 others who all care about its success.
When she isn’t donning her President’s hat, Pattie enjoys going to a show, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time at the shore with friends and family.

She has given hundreds of companies a new start by guiding them towards the perfect sustainable solution and she takes pride in helping companies achieve a high level of savings. She has been an active member of WBENC, which Wexler Packaging has been certified with since 2007, as well as serves on the board of NJPEC, as Membership & Corporate Sponsor Chair, an organization that Wexler is a proud sponsor of.
When she’s not crushing goals here at Wexler Packaging Products, Tara enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks, traveling, watching her favorite TV show, Friends, and seeing every Broadway show she can.
Vice President of Operations
Ryan Perlman, grandson of Max Wexler, joined his grandfather’s company over 10 years ago and has worked his way up to Vice President of Operations and part owner of the company.
