The Ravenwood Nobac 400V Linerless Labeling System is specifically designed for the C-wrap application of backing-less labels. This addition to the successful range of Nobac label applicators is capable of C-wrapping both regular and irregular-shaped packs such as whole birds. The Nobac 400V controls both ends of the label in the feed system, resulting in improved positional accuracy of the label around the package. Built with a feed system independent of label length and conveyor speed allows longer labels to be run without loss of throughput, ultimately aiding productivity. With sleevers designed for maximum flexibility and an overall build for improving positional accuracy of labels around the package, the Nobac 400V is ideal for retailers and packers. An optional thermal transfer overprinter which prints at the point of application (minimizing wasteful printed labels on changeovers) can also be fitted to this system.
